Office and Accounts Administrator.

This is a part time, permanent position. Working hours 9am – 2pm Monday – Friday. These hours are flexible so if you need to start at 8am and finish at 1pm this will work too!

Salary is €20k per annum.

Duties require knowledge of SAGE Accounting System.

Main responsibilities are:

Inputting of invoices
Raising quotations
Dealing with customer queries
Updating electronic files with current pricing, contact information etc.
General office tasks
Month-end customer statements
Inputting invoices into accounting system and generating quarterly VAT reports
Managing accounts receivable
